Life’s choices,
Are often hard to make.
You are troubled by the voices,
Of your heart and mind.
Things are never simple,
For one choice would mean,
Giving up another,
Which was also equally close to you.
Would you give up,
The desires of your heart?
Or would you give up,
What seems logical?
I don’t know,
Which way to go,
I stand here,
At quatervois.

At various points in time I’ve given up the heart and logic when asked to choose… Not always ended well. But i guess it comes down to the individual as well as that moment in time.
