7 reasons why Blog Chatter is awesome

Blog Chatter, bloggingWhen I first started blogging, I was clueless about what was going on in the blogging world. All I knew was just to type out my post, come up with a nice title, choose some relevant images and then hit post. And after that all I did was tell a few of my close friends about it and that was it. While I was taking my baby steps in the world of blogging, there was no one to guide me. And then slowly I started discovering other blogs and started making some amazing blogger friends. And slowly I started coming across different blogging communities. When I was new to the world of Twitter, one day I saw people talking something about blogging and I read through. I got to know that it happened pretty regularly and I tried being online around that time as much as I could. But I remained a silent observer. The first time I tweeted out an answer for the chat and the hashtag in my answer had to be corrected. From then to now, I’ve come a long way. Yes, the chat that I spoke about is Blog Chatter! Here are 7 reasons why Blog Chatter is amazing!

1.For all the gyaan that is on offer

Each Wednesday there is something new to talk about. It may be something complicated as understanding what Alexa rank is to discussing different ways to overcome Writer’s Block! Wednesday 8.30 pm IST on Twitter is Blog Chatter time and with each chat you will definitely learn something new. And remember all this gyaan comes with loads of fun!

2.For driving away the Monday blues with MicroBlog

Wednesdays may be the days with all the gyaan but at time when you want to just have fun and let your imagination loose, there are microblog sessions. And what better day to have them than Mondays when you have just begun another hectic week?

3.For all the awesome campaigns

If you are a newbie or an oldie in the blogging world, you’d always want to take your blog to the next level and Blog Chatter’s various campaigns help you do just that! Thinking of improving your Alexa, well that is what I am doing right now thanks to Blog Chatter. Completing the A to Z Challenge wouldn’t have been possible without Blog Chatter. And most importantly, I wouldn’t be the author of an ebook if not for Blog Chatter. Want to challenge the writer in you to write everyday, marathons and half marathons help you!

4.For Blog Buddies

It becomes difficult or a little boring to blog by alone. At times you may need a push, a dose of motivation to make you write. And this where blog buddies come in and make it easier. I found a bunch of wonderful bloggers who are my support group now. Blogging is more fun when you have a wonderful community around you!

5.For all the appreciation

With Blog Chatter, your achievements in the blogging world never go unnoticed. I enjoyed my bit of fame in the blogging world being the Blog Star of the week, thanks to Blog Chatter! And yes, they also send you a few lovely goodies sometimes! And then some contests help you win some Flipkart vouchers too!

6.For those impromptu chats on Twitter

Yes, for all those “X minutes after 4 pm and we are having our nth cup of chai” tweets. They are a blessing when you are staring at your monitor all day long, waiting for the code to compile, for that error to magically correct itself!

7.For Richa Singh

The driving force behind all this awesomeness! Her passion for blogging and building a blogging community is always on a high! And yes that passion, that drive is contagious! She has helped a lot of bloggers like me become better bloggers.

Yes, these are reasons enough to tell you why Blog Chatter is amazing. Well Blog Chatter has made my blog more awesome. Do you want to make your blog more awesome too?

I am taking my Alexa rank to the next level with Blogchatter.

I discovered blogchatter two days ago on twitter. It seems to be an awsome platform to know other blooggers, nuances of blogging etc. But do we need to be a member to post, say or ask anything here. Could you please enlighten me on this?
