I won’t give up
I walk alone feeling low,
For in an instant my dreams lay shattered,
For fate has struck its blow.
I wanted to fly high,
I wanted to achieve something and inspire,
But I’ve to bid my dreams goodbye.
I’m supposed to live by the set rules,
Which irritate me to no end,
I’m helpless as I’m surrounded by fools.
Is there none who has an insight?
That to dream is my right.
But wait, I won’t give up without a fight.
