Nothing in life comes easy,
Each day has battles of its own.
Valuable will be the lessons you learn in each fight,
Even if the light is not where in sight,
Rest, but never go back.
Giving up, though easy, is not an option,
I can is what you must say,
Victory shall be yours some day.
Each struggle that you face will make you stronger,
Up the mountain of success you’ll climb,
Pat yourself, rise again, but never give up!
This poem is an acrostic.
An acrostic poem is a type of poetry where the first, last or other letters in a line spell out a particular word or phrase. The most common and simple form of an acrostic poem is where the first letters of each line spell out the word or phrase.
