Take me back,

To the days of old,

To the times,

When life was simpler.

Take me back,

To those happy days,

When little things brought,

A smile on my face.

Take me back,

To the those moments,

That now remain,

Only as memories.

Take me back,

That I may live them,

All over again,

Before they fade into oblivion.

Please take me back,

If you can.

Or can I just,

Turn back time?

  1. Your posts evoked memories of a carefree childhood. When we are little, we wish to grow up. And later we crave for that beautiful time. 🙂
