I wonder how you came into my life,
Though we were like night and day,
Different in our own way.
Like night and day,
That could never be together,
We journeyed towards different destinations.
But destiny had its plan,
And we met.
Look where it has brought us now.
Like the burst of colour in the sky,
When day meets the night at sunset,
Our love glows beautifully,
And grows with each passing day.

I love how your theme is about unusual words. It’s a challenge on a challenge, because writing a poem on simple words itself seems to be a challenge of late 🙂 I will drop by often this month to read your poetry, Reems. Do share the meaning of the words too.
Trust me I’m struggling! I first have to come up with a word and then I need to write a poem out of it. Thanks for dropping by. I’ve updated the post with the meaning. I though I had added the meaning but the sleepy eyed me may have missed realizing that I had not.
