The dream job
“What do you want to be when you grow up?”
“A musician”.
“That’s not even a job! Study well!”
She remembered this memory from her childhood. She’d studied hard, topped her class and had landed a dream job. Everyone around her thought she was happy and were even envious of her. The long hours at work left her with no time for anything. The stress didn’t let her sleep at night. And this wasn’t what she wanted to do.
“I’m resigning as I’ve landed my dream job!” read her resignation letter.
The next day she was at the music school.
