Moving on

campsite

“Dad, can we just camp at this place?”, the little boy tried asking again while they dismantled the tent. It was his first hike.
“No son, we can’t”
“But why? This is such a nice place, it is comfortable and I’ve been a good boy all along”
“That’s where you are wrong. You musn’t get too comfortable. Get out of your comfort zone. Don’t stop no matter how difficult the next step is”
He didn’t understand. Left with no choice he followed his Dad.
Years later those same words helped him make up his mind for a life changing decision.

So relatable! Little things we hear in our childhood come back to us when we least expect them.
