Trust me, I can and I will!
I was sure that it would be difficult for her to find success in what she wanted to do and she was giving up her job for her it. I couldn’t see her broken if she failed and it hurt me that she wouldn’t listen to me and so I said, “Don’t do it”, as I made my last attempt to stop her.
“Didn’t you say that you’d always be there to catch me when I am falling? I trust you and I also trust myself and so let me walk and see if I fall before you make an attempt to catch me”, she said.
Today as I stand beside her, happy for her success, I am glad she trusted herself and didn’t listen to me that day!
