Running away doesn’t solve anything. All you need is deep breaths, a bestie you can pour your heart to and a place where you can calm down. I usually go to a park nearby my PG and watch the kids play there. Trust me, it is magic!

Sometimes walking away from a situation or person helps, at other times facing it and staying put helps. The trick is knowing what to do when.

Now you tell me.. There’s lots of times I’ve run away in the past, which explains some of the things I carry with me in my life now. Sometimes letting go is what’s needed to help you and others move on. Having close friends who are there for you to share and help you learn and deal with life is so important and you have that.

To run away is my first instinct when things go wrong. I try to brave it and then carry on with the task. Sometimes, I ask for help, sometimes I cry, or sleep over it. Follow your instincts is what I would say. In the sense, I have run away and I have held on. But I’ve decided based on my instincts about the situation at hand. But whatever you choose, just don’t give up. And yes, a good cry always helps.
